Camp Registration

Rainbow Camp® uses an online registration system. Parents/guardians and campers can work together to complete the forms at their own pace, saving progress and returning later as needed. Both our regular camper registration and our Leaders-In-Training (LIT) applications are completed online.

Register for Rainbow Camp®

Once you decide you’re coming to camp, you can jump into the online registration portal. You’ll be able to:

  • Complete all required camper and parent/guardian forms
  • Save your progress and come back later
  • Indicate travel plans and funding needs

Fees and Financial Support

Rainbow Camp® works hard to keep camp accessible. Standard registration fees are:

Campers
$425
Includes a non-refundable $25 administration fee.
Leaders-In-Training (LITs)
$625
Includes a non-refundable $25 administration fee.
If the fee is a barrier, tell us on your registration form. Subsidies are available to help with both camp fees and travel costs so that finances don’t prevent anyone from attending Rainbow Camp®.

Camperships (Fee Assistance)

If you need help covering the cost of camp, you can apply for support through our Campership Fund (camp scholarship) as part of your online registration. Rainbow Camp® fundraises year-round so that youth can attend regardless of financial situation.

On the registration form, you’ll be able to:

  • Indicate that you’re applying for a campership
  • Share what level of support you need
  • Let us know anything important about your circumstances

Travel and Getting to Camp

We can help you plan how to get to Rainbow Camp®. Support ranges from information and coordination to partial or full funding for travel.

  • Travel options and details are collected as part of your online registration.
  • Travel bursaries may be available to help with costs if needed.
  • We can connect you with others travelling to camp so you don’t have to travel alone.
Don’t let travel costs stop you from coming to camp — ask about travel support when you register.

Register Early

Rainbow Camp® has limited spots each summer and sessions can fill up quickly. Completing your online registration and any funding applications as early as possible gives you the best chance of securing a place at camp.
